Terms and Conditions
PAYMENTS
• Will only be accepted by means of Cash, Bank Guaranteed Cheques, Bank Deposits/Electronic
Transfers (Proof must be faxed before collection)
• Our terms are strictly C.O.D. Items will not be released if payment has not been received.
CONFIRMATION OF ORDER
• A pre-booking will be made upon receiving your signed confirmation.
• Bookings are only confirmed when 50% of hiring amount is paid.
• All items quoted on are subject to availability.
REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
• This deposit will be held for any losses or damages on the hired items. If all items are returned in good
condition, the deposit will be refunded on the day of return.
• The deposit is payable on day of collection of goods, only in CASH.
• Please do not pay the deposit into our account, as a 20% handling fee will be charged.
THE CLIENT
• Will be held responsible for all items listed on final order from collection date to return date.
• All items other than linen are to be returned clean.
• Breakages, burn holes, wax damage, loss, etc. will be charged in full. You the client will be liable for full
replacement costs.
• The client shall not substitute any items of Rentals Village.
• All items quoted on remains the property of Rentals Village.
DELIVERY & COLLECTION
• If necessary, Rentals Village will be able to deliver and collect products rented by the client at an
additional cost. This means that the product will only be delivered at the supplied address and not be
set up for the function.
• On collection the products needs to be clean and packed in the containers supplied.
• If not, a fee will be determined and deducted from the refundable deposit.
